Managing Partner, Pat Lustig has been a lifelong member of the Southern California community. Born in Newport Beach and raised in Huntington Beach, he attended Marina High School and Orange Coast College. The automotive industry is a family affair for Mr. Lustig, whose father, brother, nephew and two sons are all members.

As a 40-year veteran of the automotive industry, his favorite part of the industry is still harnessing positive, long-term relationships with his employees and guests. He believes the success of South County Lexus is due to all of his amazing employees. "The word 'no' is not a part of our vocabulary," said Mr. Lustig. "No matter what challenges we face, we will always find a way to succeed and create amazing experiences for every guest that walks through our doors."

A true Southern California native, Mr. Lustig enjoys boating, golfing, and tennis, as well as partnering with several non-profit Orange County organizations. It has always been important for Mr. Lustig to give back which is why he actively sponsors and lends his time to the Mission Viejo and Laguna Niguel Family YMCA's, Laura's House for Domestic Abuse Prevention, Uncork for Hope Foundation serving at risk youth in the community, Mission Viejo Reporter Athlete of the Month promoting youth athleticism, and the American Red Cross.

Mr. Lustig currently lives in Laguna Beach with his lovely wife Kim. They have five children, three grandkids, and a rambunctious dog.
