Managing Partner Steve Grogean is a native of Ohio, where he attended Bowling Green State University. Mr. Grogean and his wife now reside in Plano, Texas, with their many dogs. He is the proud father of four grown children and the proud grandfather of four wonderful grandchildren.

During his spare time, Mr. Grogean enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and playing baseball. He also enjoys hunting on his family's land and rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys.

Over Mr. Grogean's 38 years in the automotive industry, he has received many awards, including the Toyota President's Award (17 years), Toyota Board of Governors Award (5 years) and the Toyota Customer Service Advisory Board Award (5 years).

Throughout his tenure as managing partner, Mr. Grogean's team has grown exponentially with many team members going on to multiple management roles.

Along with his work in the automotive world, Mr. Grogean is also actively involved in his community through local organizations, such as the Network of Community Ministries that assists local Dallas families.
